Weekly Indemnity Claims. (05) This will confirm our agreement that the Company will expedite a Weekly Indemnity claim. In addition, once the Company has been notified that a claim for Weekly Indemnity benefits has been accepted by the insurance carrier, the Company will provide payment pursuant to Article 7.5 of the Collective Agreement, on the employee’s next pay cheque.
