Common use of Weekends Clause in Contracts

Weekends. Weekend scheduling will be done in accordance with current practice. Weekend premium will be based on a majority of hours worked over the weekend period (e.g. – a nurse who works a twenty-four (24) hour shift beginning at 7:00am on Friday will receive no weekend premium. A nurse who works a twenty-four (24) hour shift beginning at 7:00am on Saturday or Sunday morning will receive weekend premium for twenty-four
