Weekend Schedule. If an employee's scheduled days off are other than Saturday and Sunday during the standard City workweek in which a recognized holiday falls, the following shall apply:
Weekend Schedule. The parties agree to establish a Weekend Schedule on a Unit. In accordance with Article 13.04 of the Collective Agreement, the following provisions will apply: Introduction
Weekend Schedule. The parties agree to continue a Weekend Schedule as per Article 13.04 of the Collective Agreement.
Weekend Schedule. The District will, when possible, schedule employees so that they have the option of being off one weekend day per month.
Weekend Schedule. A weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Employer’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Employer and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Employer and the Association agree to a weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:
Weekend Schedule. A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual Clinical Educators’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time Clinical Educator works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for thirty-seven and one half (37.5) hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two (2) eleven and one quarter (11.25) hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Union. A Clinical Educator working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Union agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the parties and recorded in Appendix 4. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within Appendix 4. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld. The opportunity for an individual Clinical Educator to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the parties:
Weekend Schedule. The normalwork week shall betwo (2) days of twelve (12) hours continuous operation as per the following:
Weekend Schedule. The Employer will endeavour wherever possible to employees being scheduled off for a Saturday/Sunday or Sunday/Monday combination once per month.
Weekend Schedule. The normal weekend schedule will be one (1) in four (4). If required, additional days, up to every other weekend will be added based on seniority.
