Weekend Rotation. (A) A weekend off shall be defined as Saturday and Sunday for all employees.
Weekend Rotation. (a) In addition to their regular work, all full-time, part-time and per diem employees will work a rotating weekend commitment when needed by the Employer. Employees will rotate within their specific programs, except that employees who are regularly assigned to work at least one (1) weekend day per week shall not be required to work weekend rotations. The maximum weekend rotation requirement for full time employees shall be three (3) weekend days every four (4) weeks, and two (2) weekend days every four (4) weeks for part time and per diem employees. Employees shall be paid for actual hours worked on weekend rotation. Employees hired prior to the ratification date of this agreement shall not be required to work more than two (2) weekend days every four weeks.

In addition to their regular work, all regular full-time and part-time, full-time flex, full-time and part-time per visit and per diem nurses will work a rotating weekend commitment. Nurses will rotate within their specific programs, except that nurses who are regularly assigned to work at least one (1) weekend day per week shall not be required to work weekend rotations. The maximum weekend rotation requirement for employees shall be three (3) weekends per quarter. Part-time Nurses will be required to work prorated weekend rotations based upon hours scheduled in accordance with Article 26, Section 5. Per Diem Nurses shall be required to work one (1) weekend and one (1) weekend day per quarter. Per diems shall be paid for actual hours worked on weekend rotation.
Weekend Rotation. The Employer will exercise its best efforts to retain current scheduling practices. The parties agree that changing schedules and shifts may be necessary to provide patient care and the Hospital retains the right, if patient care needs so require, to make schedule adjustments as required.
Weekend Rotation a) It is the intention of the Employer that the present practice where full time employees are granted every weekend off shall continue. Where operational requirements render the continuation of every weekend off not possible for any employee or group of employees, the Employer shall advise the Union of such, and will meet in consultation with the Union to determine how necessary weekend work will be covered without necessarily increasing the work force. In any event, the Employer guarantees that all full time employees shall be given a minimum of two (2) weekends off in four (4).
Weekend Rotation. Hospital: Other than employees with regular weekend schedules, full-time, part-time, and limited time employees shall not be required to work more than every other weekend, except that employees who work 12-hour shifts shall not be required to work more than every third weekend.
Weekend Rotation. The normal weekend work requirements for all full and part time Nurses is every third weekend or the equivalent (four (4) shifts per six (6) week period). A weekend, for purposes of defining a weekend off and/or a weekend worked as determined by the Clinical Director, is defined as two (2) days: Saturday and Sunday for day and evening staff, Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday for night staff, which may be different for Regular (FT, PT LT) and pool (UBP and Retiree) staff. As of June 1, 2014, all Full-time, Part-time, and Limited time nurses with between twenty-five (25) and twenty-nine (29) years of service will work one weekend per month and those nurses with thirty (30) or greater years of service will not be required to work weekends.

Effective November 1, 2105, full-time employees who are not required to work more than two (2) weekend days every four (4) weeks shall continue with that weekend requirement. At such time as the number of Full Time staff nurses (excluding Per Diem, On-call and Level 3) reaches 15 or more, employees hired prior to the ratification date of this agreement shall not be required to work more than two (2) weekend days every four weeks. However, if the number of full time staff nurses (excluding Per Diem, On-call, and Level 3) subsequently falls below 15, then the full-time employees whose weekend work requirement was changed to two (2) weekend days every four (4) weeks shall return to a weekend schedule of three (3) weekend days every four (4) weeks.
Weekend Rotation. 1. The Hospital will grant each Regular Full-time employee and Regular Part- time employee the equivalent of every other weekend off based on a schedule providing for thirteen (13) weekends off during each consecutive twenty-six (26) week period, such periods commencing on January 1 and July 1 each calendar year. An employee hired during a semi-annual period as specified above shall be granted weekends off on the ratio of one-half (½) of the total number of weekends occurring during the course of employment within said period.
Weekend Rotation. Employees of the Slinger Utiltiies and the Department of Public Works will rotate required hours of work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. All hours worked on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays shall be paid at the appropriate overtime rates.
