Common use of Weekend Bonus Clause in Contracts

Weekend Bonus. An employee who works Saturday and/or Sunday shall receive an additional forty cents ($.40) per hour for such hours worked on Saturday and sixty cents ($.60) per hour for such hours worked on Sunday. In no case shall such payments be applied to hours not worked. Ten and Twelve hour shifts are exceptions per Article X, Section 3, (g) and (h).

An employee who works Saturday and/or Sunday shall as part of his or her normal workweek will receive an additional forty fifty cents ($.400.50) per hour for such hours worked on Saturday and sixty cents an additional one dollar ($.601.00) per hour for such hours worked on Sunday. In no case shall such payments payment be applied to hours not worked. Ten and Twelve hour shifts are exceptions per Article Xpaid for at overtime, Section 3, (g) and (h)holiday or premium rates.

Weekend Bonus. An employee who works Saturday and/or Sunday shall receive an additional forty as part of his or her normal workweek will receive, in addition to his or her straight time pay, fifty-five cents ($.40.55) per hour for such hours worked on Saturday Saturday, and sixty ninety-five cents ($.60.95) per hour for such hours worked on Sunday. Effective August 19, 2013, will increase to sixty-five cents ($.65) per hour for such hours worked on Saturday, and one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for such hours worked on Sunday. In no case shall such payments be applied to hours not worked. Ten and Twelve hour shifts are exceptions per Article X, Section 3, (g) and (h).
