Weekdays. The payment of the paternity leave salary follows the same conditions and other regulations as the payment of a maternity leave salary. The Parties recommend that in the case of a military refresher course, the companies should pay a salaried employee a portion of his/her salary that, when added to the reservist compensation paid by the state for military duty, would equate to full pay.
