WEDDING REHEARSAL. All rentals including a wedding ceremony will be offered a complimentary 1 hour rehearsal time which must be scheduled with the Aquarium Events Coordinator no later than 30 days prior to the rental date. The rehearsal must begin by 5 p.m.
WEDDING REHEARSAL. Client may hold a one-hour daytime rehearsal (before 5:00 pm) to occur up to one (1) week prior to Event at no charge. In order to honor the exclusivity of other client events, the exact time for the wedding rehearsal time cannot be scheduled until 30-days prior to the Event. Availability is based solely at the discretion of The Farm. Rehearsals can be scheduled after 5:00 pm and/or for more than one hour for an additional fee (see Wedding Event Pricing list). This amount will be due upon receipt of invoice.

WEDDING REHEARSAL. All rehearsals must be done on the day of the contracted rental and may be no earlier than the agreed upon start time of the event, unless Client has rented additional time the day prior to the rental as provided within this policy. PLANNER/EVENT MANAGEMENT • Clients are required to sign a contract with an industry professional to do all outlined planner duties in regard to events. • A minimum of a month of event planner or event management company is required for all wedding rentals, regardless of wedding size. • A minimum of a day of event planner or event management company is required for all event rentals, regardless of event size. • Wedding Planners must be industry professionals and may not be a friend or family member standing in for such role. • All activities surrounding the wedding at Ravenswood Mansion must be managed by the planner, including but not limited to creating and managing all timelines, coordinating and managing guests, vendors, and Clients on the day of the event. • Planner must be present beginning at first vendor load-in, or first guest arrival, whichever occurs first. Planner may not leave until the end of all mansion loadout AND the last guest has departed. • Planners will be required to review the Client’s contract with the City and sign a Planner Agreement acknowledging that they have read and understand their requirements. • Planners will be required to do a venue walk-through with the Event Representative prior to departure. • The City must have a copy of the written agreement with the planner four weeks prior to the event. • A City Representative will be present the day of the event to assist in any aspect tending to the mansion, grounds, etc, but does not serve as the planner.

Renters are responsible for arranging their own food, beverage, and alcohol servers. Renters will furnish their own supplies. Renter agrees to be solely and completely responsible for the condition of the facility and to leave the building and grounds in a neat and clean condition without damage. Security/Cleaning Deposit A $300 security/cleaning deposit is due upon entering the agreement. The deposit is refundable under the conditions listed below and will be returned by mail.

If you are going to arrive later than the specified starting time on the agreement, please let staff know! Rental Hours for Xxxxxxx Xxxx are from 8:00am until 10:00 pm Xxxxxx agrees to be solely and completely responsible for the condition of the facility and to leave the building and grounds in a neat and clean condition without damage. Security/Cleaning Deposit A $300 security/cleaning deposit is due upon entering into the agreement. The renter will be refunded $200 of the deposit under the conditions listed below and will be returned to renter by mail or credited to their credit card.

The one-hour rehearsal must begin by 5 p.m. • Rehearsal time will not be delayed or extended due to late arrivals, therefore it is the User’s responsibility to communicate to all participants to arrive on time and to ensure that the rehearsal is conducted during the allotted hour. A fee of $50 per 15 minutes will be charged to User for any guests remaining on campus after the allotted hour. Ready Room: • All events including a wedding ceremony will be provided a single ready room. User may have access to the ready room no earlier than one hour prior to the rental start time. Additional time and space may be purchased for a fee if arranged no later than the final detail meeting, based on availability.
