Web Content Filtering. The Service Provider will maintain and support the school/academy’s central Web Content Filtering hardware and underlying associated technologies. All configuration, updates and back-ups will be the responsibility of the Service Provider. The global and primary schools / primary academy’s filtering policy will be managed by the Service Provider under this agreement in accord with the best practice security policies unless explicitly requested by the school in writing. In such a case, management and responsibility for the filtering policies can be passed to the school’s technical support provider and school respectfully. As part of the maintenance, the Service Provider will be responsible for maintaining all integration methods used in deployment. The schools/academies will be responsible for maintaining policy groups in their own installation, following the protocols set by the Service Provider. Web filtering data retention will adhere to Service Provider retention policies. Data on all Internet access will be retained for up to 6 months. The Service Provider reserves the rights to carry out reporting on any school/academy or individual for investigation purposes. The Service Provider’s Service Desk (Trafford IT Hub) will be made available to log incidents related to the Web Content filtering or requests for changes to the primary school and global filtering policies. Schools/academies will have the option to bypass the central proxy servers where evidence has been provided that they have robust web filtering and anti-virus solutions in place along-side policies and procedures to ensure safe and legal use. In order to partly compensate for a reduction in the services taken, schools/academies by-passing the proxy servers and taking full responsibility for their own filtering will have their charges reduced by the sum shown in the charging table. In line with UK law and the necessary contractual provisions agreed with our ISP (currently JA-NET) the Service Provider reserves the right to monitor transmissions and temporarily filter at firewall level for malicious content in the interests of all sites connected to Trafford’s WAN. Schools/academies are expected to communicate with the Service Provider any changes to avoid incorrect filtering or policies applied for example; IP address change, server name change, changes to security groups or any other change that will cause incorrect filtering for users or groups.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • User Content Certain areas of the Platform may enable you to post comments, send messages, correspond with others and/or otherwise post content (“User Content”) in connection with various features that Spectra may elect to offer, such as information libraries, e-mail service, bulletin boards, chatrooms, electronic postcards, chats with special guests, e-mails, and forums to communicate with others (“Message Features”). You must use the Message Features in a responsible manner and you are fully responsible for all User Content that you provide to us or others. Your License to Us. Spectra is not in any manner endorsing any User Content that it may publish or post on the Platform and cannot, and will not, vouch for its reliability. Spectra is not responsible for any User Content and has no duty to monitor User Content. You use any information contained in User Content at your own risk. Spectra and its designees have the right, in their sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, remove, delete, disable, refuse, restrict, or terminate access to your User Content or the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, for any or no reason. The obligations that you have to us under these Terms shall survive termination of the Platform, any use by you of the Platform, any User Content on the Platform, or these Terms. You will not continue to post any User Content that Spectra has previously advised you not to post.

  • CONTENT UPDATES If You purchase a Symantec maintenance/support offering consisting of or including Content Updates, as indicated on Your Support Certificate, You are granted the right to use, as part of the Licensed Software, such Content Updates as and when they are made generally available to Symantec’s end user customers who have purchased such maintenance/support offering and for such period of time as indicated on the face of the applicable Support Certificate. This License Agreement does not otherwise permit You to obtain and use Content Updates.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle.

  • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.
