Web Based Training. Web enabled training classes are available to existing OnBase customers. There are no costs for these Web based training classes. OnBase Premium Subscription Premium Subscription is an annual subscription for valid OnBase organizations that provides 24/7 access to the Premium Subscription Courses and content. The Subscription is applied to the entire organization and will grant access to anyone in the organization with a valid Xxxxxx.xxx/Xxxxxxxxx login. The price of OnBase Premium Subscription is $7,200.00.

Web Based Training. (a) The Courses. Each Web-based training course (each, a “WBT Course”) must be started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased and completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started. If the WBT Course is not started within twelve (12) months of the date it is purchased or is not completed within fourteen (14) days after it has been started, the righ t to take or complete the WBT Course will expire without right of refund. The WBT Course may only be taken by one person.
Web Based Training. (Applies to Fortress Only) Companies with Fortress Coverage are entitled to leverage ESC’s library of web-based training modules. These modules help train plant operators, CEMS technicians, and environmental engineers in the use of Covered Products to perform their job functions. To obtain access, a User must register for our web-based training modules by contacting ESC Support. A Company is entitled to register an unlimited number of Users provided all of the company’s plants have Fortress Coverage. Otherwise, the Company is entitled to register an unlimited number of Users whose primary job location is at a plant with Fortress Coverage and up to one User, whose primary job location is at a corporate office, per plant with Fortress Coverage.
Web Based Training. Contractor certified trainers shall lead web-based training that allows County users to view the system via a Web-EX meeting and interact with the trainers and other participants on a toll-free conference bridge. Contractor web-based training shall be tailored to the needs of a group of County Employees and can include groups of various sizes as needed.
Web Based Training. The Company will pay Journeyman, Service Writers, Parts Persons and Apprentices flat rate at the appropriate wage rate for each eligible course completed based on the posted estimate of the time required to complete each course. The Company will post a list of Employees and eligible courses for each Employee and a general list of courses which any Journeyman and Apprentices may take and be compensated for. Other courses will only be compensated if the course is authorized by the Employer. Journeyman and Apprentices are required to complete a minimum of six (6) courses per year but there is no maximum number of courses that may be taken per year. Payment for courses done outside of regular working hours will not count towards the guarantee when after-hours study is authorized by the Company.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Specialized Training The Agency agrees to provide state-wide minimum standards of training for specialized assignments or required duties, such as Emergency Response Team, Special Emergency Response Team, and other posts, where use of weapons, use of physical force or breathing apparatus are required.

  • Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:

  • Annual Training The Governing Board shall receive initial training and annual training thereafter. Pursuant to O.C.G.A §20-2-2072 and relevant State Board rules, the training shall include, but not be limited to, best practices on school governance, the constitutional and statutory requirements relating to public records and meetings, and the requirements of applicable statutes and rules and regulations.

  • Off the Job Training Where it is agreed that an employee undertakes job related training provided by the Employer or by a Third Party, that training may be undertaken either on or off the job. Where courses are available during normal working hours, the employee has first option of attending training at these times. If such training is undertaken during normal working hours, the employee concerned will not suffer any loss of pay. Where the Employer requires an employee to undertake mandatory job related training after hours, single time rates shall apply. Any costs associated with standard fees for prescribed courses and prescribed textbooks (except those textbooks which are available in the Employer's technical library) incurred in connection with the undertaking of training will be reimbursed by the Employer upon production of evidence of such expenditure. Provided that reimbursement will also be on an annual basis subject to the presentation of reports of satisfactory progress. Travel costs incurred by an employee undertaking training in accordance with this clause which exceed those normally incurred in travelling to and from work will be reimbursed by the Employer.

  • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.
