Common use of We will Clause in Contracts

Disclose information about you, your Account and charges on your Account (which may include details of goods and/or services purchased) to companies within the American Express group of companies worldwide (including other organizations who issue the Card), to any other party whose name or logo appears on the Card issued to you, to any party authorized by you, to our processors and suppliers and to organizations who accept the Card in payment for goods and/or services purchased by you and obtain such information from those parties, in order to administer and service your Account, process and collect charges on it and manage any benefits or insurance programmes in which you are enrolled. Where you purchase goods and/or services on behalf of a third party, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of the third party to the disclosure of his or her information to American Express group of companies worldwide for these purposes;
