WBE COMPLIANCE. The Office of M/WBE Contract Compliance has reviewed the agreement and determined that Pace Systems, Inc. is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the joint purchasing agreement. The Office of M/WBE Compliance thereby recommends acceptance of Pace Systems, Inc.’s proposed MBE participation and recommends a 2% partial waiver of the WBE participation goals for compliance with the Board Approved Participation Plan.

At this time there is no opportunity to provide additional contractual participation on this project, therefore, it is recommended that a waiver of compliance with the Board Approved Participation Plan be granted.
