We will suggest locations that need wayfinding assistance and, if requested, develop prototype signage and directional information, complying with MUTCD standards. We have recently designed and installed such a comprehensive regional system to mark the Xxxxx and Xxxxx Trail, an assembly of on-road routes between Sioux City and Hamburg, Iowa, made of about 330 individual signs.

This request will identify relevant GIS data needed for both destination identification and base map development; existing branding and wayfinding collateral to guide understanding of existing conditions; and other relevant city documentation, such as branding guidelines. • Visual Preference Survey: Consultant will conduct a brief visual preference survey to gather additional insight. This exercise will be completed as part of the first stakeholder meeting, coinciding with the first project site visit. A brief summary of the results of the exercise will be provided. • Destination Mapping Exercise: Using data provided via the Data and Document request, Alta will conduct a brief exercise with stakeholders to identify destinations along each route. This exercise will be completed as part of the first stakeholder meeting, coinciding with the first project site visit.
