All permanent uses within the Project will be served by central water and sewer services. The City shall be the potable water and wastewater service provider for the Project upon payment of applicable fees. The City is under no obligation to accept the dedication of any facility.

WATER/WASTEWATER. The Project is located wholly within the City Limits and is therefore within the City’s water and wastewater service areas. All proposed permanent uses within the Project will be served by central water and sewer services and shall meet the level of service concurrency requirements of the City’s Comprehensive Plan for water and sewer. The City shall be the potable water and wastewater service provider for the Project upon payment of applicable fees. The City will operate and maintain onsite water utilities dedicated to the City by the Developer. The City is under no obligation to accept the dedication of any facility. All uses within the Project shall connect to central water and sewer services prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. Reclaimed water service is not currently available to the Project. The Developer shall meet applicable St. Xxxxx River Water Management District (SJRWMD) rules for consumptive use of water, including requirements pertaining to use of the lowest quality water source as indicated in Rule 40C-2.301(4)(g), Florida Administrative Code (“F.A.C.”). Further, as provided in Rule 40C-2.301(4)(f), F.A.C., "[w]hen reclaimed water is readily available it must be used in place of higher quality water sources unless the applicant demonstrates that its use is not economically, environmentally or technologically feasible." The Project may include a master irrigation system(s) for common landscape areas. A master irrigation system(s) may utilize water sources as allowed by Chapter 40C-2, F.A.C., including, but not limited to groundwater, surface water, reclaimed water, and/or potable water. Appropriate permits will be obtained for consumptive uses of water.

TRANSPORTATION CONCURRENCY: Pursuant to review of the traffic analysis for the Project (Exhibit “3”), it appears that roadway capacity exists to support the proposed increase in development density. A traffic study showing the correct number of units shall be submitted at the time of Site Plan application. Reservation of traffic concurrency shall be made only upon issuance of a Development Order (DO) for the Site Plan. DRAINAGE: As depicted on the Conceptual Master Plan, the Project shall include a Master Stormwater System (“MSS”), which was permitted by the SJRWMD. The MSS design shall meet, and be governed by, applicable SJRWMD and City of Palm Coast rules and regulations. Best Management Practices (BMPs) to treat, control, attenuate, and convey stormwater and surface waters may include, but are not limited to, vegetated natural buffers, xxxxxx, dry retention and wet detention LANDSCAPING: The Project shall be developed in general conformance with the Conceptual Landscape Plan Exhibit “5,” and the Conceptual Master Plan Exhibit “2.” Plantings within the internal landscape as well as the perimeter buffer areas shall exceed current standards for initial tree sizes, quantity of trees and screen plantings in order to provide visual and noise mitigation for the proposed height and density of the new units as detailed below: 1) All required shade trees shall be a minimum size of 4-1/2 inch caliper, 16-18 feet tall in 100 gallon (or equivalent balled and burlapped) containers . 2) Where garages are not present along the perimeter buffers, a minimum 5 foot tall continuous shrubbery hedge shall be planted 6 foot on center. Along the exterior facing garage walls, shrubs 3 gallon, 24 inches tall spaced 3 feet on center shall be planted.
WATER/WASTEWATER. Water and wastewater services for the PUD shall be provided by . OWNER shall provide an executed copy of an agreement for each phase for such service within sixty (60) days of final site plan approval of that phase for the PUD. For water conservation purposes, OWNER shall individually meter each residential unit and/or accessory structure.
WATER/WASTEWATER. That the Owner acknowledges, in writing, that registration of all or part of this plan of subdivision may not take place until notified by the Region’s Development Project Manager that:

  • Wastewater i.e. wastewater and storm water collection, treatment and management systems.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:

  • Water Provide hot water for lavatory purposes and cold water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Watering C.10.1. The Contractor shall water lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees to provide for moisture penetration to a depth of 7 centimeters. If natural precipitation is sufficient to fulfill this requirement, the Contractor may request the COR's permission to suspend watering to avoid too much water in the soil.
