WATER SYSTEM REVENUE BOND FINANCING COSTS. (a) <Cost Provisions> Charges to the Agency for water system revenue bond financing costs shall be governed by provisions of this article. Charges to all contractors for water system revenue bond financing costs shall return to the State an amount equal to the annual financing costs the State incurs in that year for water system revenue bonds (including water system revenue bond anticipation notes). Annual financing costs shall include, but not be limited to, any annual principal and interest on water system revenue bonds plus any additional requirements for bond debt service coverage, deposits to reserves, and annual premiums for insurance or other security obtained pursuant to subdivision (f) of this article. The State shall provide credits to the contractors for excess reserve funds, excess debt service coverage, interest, and other earnings of the State in connection with repayment of such revenue bond financing costs, when and as permitted by the bond resolution. When such credits are determined by the State to be available, such credits shall be promptly provided to the contractors and shall be in proportion to the payments under this article from each contractor. Reserves, bond debt service coverage, interest, and other earnings may be used in the last year to retire the bonds.

WATER SYSTEM REVENUE BOND FINANCING COSTS. The use of water system revenue bonds for financing facilities listed in Article 1(hh) would result in adjustments for prior underpayments or overpayments of the capital cost component of the Transportation Charge to the Agency <District> under the provisions of this article; however, in place of making such adjustments, charges to the Agency <District> will be governed by Article 50.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Rest Facilities The District shall designate restroom and lunchroom facilities at each work site.

  • Additional Facilities If the CAISO determines that it requires Operational Control over additional transmission lines and associated facilities not then constituting part of the CAISO Controlled Grid in order to fulfill its responsibilities in relation to the CAISO Controlled Grid then the CAISO shall apply to FERC pursuant to Section 203 of the Federal Power Act, and shall make all other regulatory filings necessary to obtain approval for such change of control and shall serve a copy of all such applications on the affected Participating TO and the owner of such lines and facilities (if other than the Participating TO). In the event that a Party invokes the dispute resolution provisions identified in Section 15 with respect to the transfer of Operational Control over a facility, such facility shall not be transferred while the dispute resolution process is pending except pursuant to Section 4.5.2.

  • Project Financing B.1. The Foundation hereby agrees to fund, by Conditional Grant, the implementation of the Proposal in the maximum sum of $ or 50% of the actual expenditures on the Project, as contemplated in the Approved Project Budget, whichever is less, and at the times and as may otherwise be set forth in Annex B hereto.

  • Notice to Proceed - Land Acquisition The acquisition of the Land shall not occur until the Director has issued a written Notice to Proceed for land acquisition to the Recipient (the "Notice to Proceed"). Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director has received a Request to Proceed acceptable to the Director and is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and any requirements for land acquisition set forth in this Agreement, including without limitation the OPWC's approval of the proposed Deed Restrictions and Title Agent. The Notice to Proceed also shall specify the time frame for the Closing.

  • Skilled Nursing Facilities a. The following Health Care Services may be Covered Services when you are a patient in a Skilled Nursing Facility: i. room and board;

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.
