Water shortages. 33. Qualification of rights in a water shortage
Water shortages. Potential future surface water shortage events will be developed through discussions with the City. Water supplies during these shortage events will be compared with water demands to identify shortages in water supplies. Aquifer storage strategies will be evaluated with drought scenarios to determine long term aquifer storage needs. Opportunities to mitigate shortfalls will be identified. The objective of this water shortages evaluation will be to reduce the City's water supply risk and also to improve operational flexibility.
Water shortages. In the event the South Florida Water Management District or other government unit with authority declares a water shortage, then the CITY shall have the right to restrict service to the TOWN by the same percentage, level and/or manner as the CITY restricts service to customers located within the CITY’s service area.

The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Equipment Failures In the event of equipment failures beyond the Administrator's control, the Administrator shall take reasonable and prompt steps to minimize service interruptions but shall have no liability with respect thereto. The Administrator shall develop and maintain a plan for recovery from equipment failures which may include contractual arrangements with appropriate parties making reasonable provision for emergency use of electronic data processing equipment to the extent appropriate equipment is available.
