Water Metering. To facilitate the accounting of water use, Lessee shall maintain accurate and complete records of the sources and amounts of water used on the Leased Premises, shall furnish such records to Lessor on request, and shall install metering or measuring devices capable of measuring produced and injected water from all xxxxx on a monthly basis, other than xxxxx used solely for groundwater monitoring. Any such metering or measuring devices shall be nonresettable and certified for accuracy on an annual basis by an independent technician.

Water Metering. The amount of water passed through the District’s water system will be measured by a meter at the Water Point of Connection capable of measuring and recording the amount of water that passes through the meter in a 24-hour period of time. As of the date of this Agreement, metering equipment and related facilities required to properly measure the quantity of water delivered to the Property have been designed, installed, and constructed. The design, plans, and specifications for any new and/or additional metering equipment and related facilities must be approved by the District’s engineer and the City’s Water and Wastewater Department prior to installation and construction, and any existing metering equipment may not be moved or relocated without the District’s consent. The County will operate and maintain the metering equipment. The District will have the right to install a flow regulator to better facilitate the enforcement of this Agreement. Installation of the flow regulator will be at the sole discretion of the District.

Water Metering. Upon this Agreement becoming effective, Avion will have the option, for their newly acquired customers, of keeping the presently installed automated meter reading (AMR) equipment in place or may remove it and return it to City. If Avion elects to keep the AMR equipment in place, City will provide the monthly data collected, for the newly acquired customers, to Avion in a format agreeable to both parties, free of charge, on a monthly basis. If the AMR equipment fails to operate, Avion has the choice of removing and disposing of the AMR equipment or working with the City on a mutually agreeable solution to resume AMR functions. City and Avion may, if mutually agreeable, enter into a separate agreement for the purpose of the City obtaining meter reads for the months of December, January, and February in order to determine the winter quarter average calculation as the basis of sewer volume charges to the City for all Avion customers within the City limits.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

However, if situation so arises, INTERCONNECTION with R2MF signaling may be permitted by LICENSOR.

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.
