Water Conservation. 30. Prior to the delivery of water provided from or conveyed through federally constructed or federally financed facilities pursuant to this Contract, the Contractor shall develop a water conservation plan, as required by subsection 210(b) of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 (RRA) and 43 C.F.R. 427.1 (Water Conservation Rules and Regulations).
