Water Conservation. The State Water Resources Control Board prohibits all Californians from: washing down driveways and sidewalks; watering of outdoor landscapes that cause excess runoff; using a hose to wash a motor vehicle, unless the hose is fitted with a shut-off nozzle; and using potable water in a fountain or decorative water feature, unless the water is recirculated. Landlord may provide Resident’s name and address to the local water agency for the purpose of notifications and enforcement of water use restrictions. Nothing herein is deemed to be authorization of or consent by Landlord to water usage not otherwise authorized by this Agreement. Resident shall ensure that he/she is aware of and complies with local and state water use water use restrictions and promptly pay any fines or other costs occasioned by water usage violations that attributed to Resident’s tenancy or the conduct of Resident, Resident’s guests or others at the premises actions, including any fines or costs levied against the Landlord.
Water Conservation. The Permittee shall make best efforts to minimize water use, and to follow best practices for water conservation and management.
Water Conservation. The Project shall achieve a Water Conservation Requirement, defined as, (i) fifty (50) percent below the CALGreen (Title 24) baseline for exterior water use and landscaping irrigation, and (ii) thirty percent (30%) below the CALGreen (Title 24) baseline for interior building water use. Water supply may include potable and non- potable water to the extent possible due to regulatory approval. The following measures shall be required for the commercial and residential components of the Project, as applicable:
Water Conservation. Prior to the delivery of water provided from or conveyed through federally constructed or federally financed facilities pursuant to this contract, the Contractor shall develop a water conservation plan, as required by Section 210(b) of the Reclamation Reform Act of 1982 (RRA) and Part 427.1 of the Water Conservation Rules and Regulations effective January 1, 1998.
Water Conservation. Applicant agrees to make prudent use of the water, apply reasonable water conservation practices and prevent waste or over-application of water. The holder of any TSWS connection is responsible for the use, management and irrigation practices and observance of water conservation measures in effect at the time for the property served by the connection. In no event will water use exceed six acre feet per acre per year.
Water Conservation. The District will comply with the City’s Water Conservation Ordinance, as amended from time to time.
Water Conservation. 1. Whenever possible the use of water shall be minimized, particularly during cleanup operations.
2. All irrigation supply systems shall be kept in good working condition and leaks shall be repaired promptly.
3. Nothing in this section shall relieve Contractor from adequately maintaining any area in accordance with these specifications.
Water Conservation. All permits and approvals, if any, to operate under the GM3P will be the responsibility of Cadiz under the oversight of FGMWC and FVWA.
Water Conservation. The Signatories to this Agreement will cooperate to develop and promote best management practices for water conservation appropriate for the various types of water use and regional geographic locations within the state. The Signatories agree to adopt any best management practices developed under this paragraph for their own water uses.
Water Conservation. Any City water conservation requirements imposed during conservation periods regarding the use of potable or reclaimed water received through City wholesale services shall be applicable to School District Educational Facilities.
