Common use of Water and Sewer Clause in Contracts

Water and Sewer. Landlord agrees to provide municipally supplied cold water and sewer services to the Common Areas for lavatory purposes.

Water and Sewer. Landlord agrees to provide municipally supplied cold water and sewer services to the Premises and the Common Areas for lavatory purposes. Landlord reserves the right to separately meter water and sewer services.
