WASTE TRACKING AND REPORTING. COUNTY will provide a mid-year report to CITY regarding participation rates from each participating jurisdiction by March 15 of each year. Mid-year and year end reports will outline the types and quantities of waste collected, the amount of waste diverted for reuse or recycling and the waste management method for each waste stream and associated costs for services. COUNTY will prepare a report summarizing program activities which will be delivered to the participating jurisdictions no later than six months after the end of COUNTY’s fiscal year. It will be assumed for cost and reporting purposes that each participating jurisdiction is contributing to the waste stream in proportion to the number of its residents who directly participate. COUNTY shall take steps to assure that the bi-annual statements to jurisdictions reflect the funds necessary to cover costs for CITY participation in services scheduled during the next quarter.

WASTE TRACKING AND REPORTING. Waste (including spoil) removed from site will be tracked using UGL and CPB’s Waste Tracking Register This register will capture information including: ● Date transported ● Haulage contractor ● Material type and ● Waste classification ● Quantity ● Waste receival location ● Truck registration ● Docket numbers (haulage, receival, weighbridge).

  • Monitoring and Reporting 3.1 The Contractor shall provide workforce monitoring data as detailed in paragraph 3.2 of this Schedule 8. A template for data collected in paragraphs 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 will be provided by the Authority. Completed templates for the Contractor and each Sub-contractor will be submitted by the Contractor with the Diversity and Equality Delivery Plan within six (6) Months of the Commencement Date and annually thereafter. Contractors are required to provide workforce monitoring data for the workforce involved in delivery of the Contract. Data relating to the wider Contractor workforce and wider Sub-contractors workforce would however be well received by the Authority. Contractors and any Sub-contractors are required to submit percentage figures only in response to paragraphs 3.2(a), 3.2(b) and 3.2(c).
