Waste; Nuisance. Tenant may not display, store or sell merchandise or allow carts, construction debris, trash, portable signs, devices or merchandise of any kind or any other objects to be stored or to remain outside of the Premises. Tenant shall not use, or suffer or permit any person or persons to use the Premises in any manner that will tend to create waste or a nuisance or tend to disturb other tenants of the Project. Tenant shall not place or authorize to have placed or affixed handbills or other advertising materials on automobiles or buildings within the Project, nor shall Tenant place or cause to be placed newspaper racks, advertisements or displays in the Common Area.
Waste; Nuisance. County may not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises, or any nuisance or other act or thing that may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other occupant of the Building.

Tenant shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Premises; nor shall Tenant use the Premises for or carry on or permit any offensive, noisy, or dangerous trade, business, manufacture or occupation, or any nuisance or anything against public policy, or interfere with the business of or disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in the Building.

Tenant shall not use or permit any other person to use the Premises, or any part thereof, nor allow any person access for any use, which constitutes a waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to Landlord. Tenant further agrees at all times during the Term, at its sole cost and expense, to do all things necessary to maintain the Premises in good, clean and sanitary condition and repair.

Lessee shall not use the premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance, or unreasonable annoyance (including, without limitation, unreasonable noise, the use of loudspeakers or sound or light apparatus that can be heard or seen outside the Premises) to other tenants in the Building or occupants of neighboring properties. Lessee shall not use the Premises for vehicle repair, sleeping, washing clothes, cooking, or the preparation, manufacturing or mixing of anything that might emit any odor or objectionable noises or lights into the Building or onto neighboring properties.
Waste; Nuisance. Tenant shall not use the Premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to owners or occupants of adjacent properties. Tenant shall not use the Premises for sleeping, washing clothes, cooking or the preparation, manufacture or mixing of anything that might emit any odor or objectionable noises or lights onto adjacent properties. Tenant shall not do anything on the Premises that will cause damage to the Premises.
Waste; Nuisance. Permittee shall not commit, suffer, or permit the commission by others of: (i) any waste or nuisance on the Premises; (ii) any action or use of the Premises which interferes or conflicts with the use of the Premises by SMART or any authorized person; or (iii) any action on the Premises in violation of any laws or ordinances.
Waste; Nuisance. DevCo shall not suffer to be committed, by any Tenant or otherwise, any waste on the Leased Property or permit any nuisance to exist thereon or with respect thereto.

Lessee shall not use the Premises in any manner that will constitute waste or nuisance (including, without limitation, the use of loudspeakers or sound or light apparatus that can be heard or seen outside the Premises, or the emission of noxious odors from the Premises) or interference with use or access of other tenants in the Building or of owners or occupants of adjacent properties. In the event any use of the Premises by Lessee attracts the attention of the public and the public enters or attempts to enter the Premises, the Building or the grounds surrounding the Building in a manner that would, if done by Lessee or any of Lessee's invitees, violate the provisions of Paragraph 6.E below, Lessee shall take all reasonable steps to xxxxx such activities which shall be deemed to be a nuisance and Lessor shall allow Lessee a reasonable time to address such issues and take corrective measures.

Lessee shall not use the Leased Premises in any manner that will constitute waste, nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to owners or occupants of adjacent properties or other tenants of City. Lessee shall not do anything on the Leased Premises that will cause damage to the Leased Premises or the Rio Vista Municipal Airport.
