Washington’s Electronic Business. Solutions (WEBS) System: Within seven (7) days of execution of this Participating Addendum, Contractor shall register in the Washington State Department of Enterprise ServicesElectronic Business Solutions (WEBS) System at WEBS. Contractor shall ensure that all of its information therein is current and accurate and that, throughout the term of the Master Agreement, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.

Washington’s Electronic Business. Solutions (WEBS) System Contractor is solely responsible for: Properly registering with the Department of General Administration’s WEBS system at xxxx://xxx.xx.xx.xxx/webs; and Maintaining an accurate vendor profile in WEBS Subcontracts and Assignment Contractor shall not Subcontract, assign, or otherwise transfer its obligations under this Contract without the prior written consent of the Participating State. Contractor shall provide a minimum of 30 calendar days advance notification of intent to Subcontract, assign, or otherwise transfer its obligations under the resulting Contract. Violation of this condition may be considered a material breach establishing grounds for Contract Termination. The Contractor shall be responsible to ensure that all requirements of the Contract shall flow down to any and all Subcontractors. In no event shall the existence of a Subcontract operate to release or reduce the liability of Contractor to the Participating State for any breach in the performance of the Contractor’s duties.
