  • Seller For each Mortgage Loan, the seller of such Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement.

  • Equipment Warranty Sunrun warrants all equipment for the duration of the Initial Term. If parts fail during the term of this Agreement, Sunrun will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace them with like equipment; however, you acknowledge that due to parts availability and other factors, this may not be possible.
