Warranty Tracking. For SHI Complete Care Warranty, we capture detailed information about the hardware assets within our configuration center. We can combine the asset information with the end user information the customer provides and generate asset tracking reports, which can be used as they are or can be loaded into your internal asset management databases. The information that we may capture includes, but is not limited to:
Warranty Tracking. The Contractor shall establish and maintain a warranty tracking system that identifies and documents all CWBs warranted under this contract. Each item warranted shall be indexed and identified by serial number, model or part number, and date of warranty expiration. All pertinent data required for the Government to pursue warranty provisions, remedy, and relief for each item shall be maintained by the Contractor for the duration of five (5) years past the end of each CWB’s warranty period and shall be provided to the Government upon request. All warranty claims and transactions shall be documented and made available for Government review during scheduled meetings and/or reviews.
