Notice to Customers Pershing shall, upon the opening of an account pursuant to Paragraph 5 of this Agreement, mail to each customer a copy of the notice to customers required by NYSE Rule 382(c).
Service Warranty Provider has carefully examined and analyzed the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to all exhibits attached and incorporated into it, and can and will perform, or cause, the Services to be performed in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Agreement. Boundaries of If the appliance is installed in a location that is 100 kilometers (62 miles) or more from the nearest service center your unit must be In Home Service delivered to the nearest authorized Danby Service Depot, as service must only be performed by a technician qualified and certif ied for warranty service by Danby. Transportation charges to and from the service location are not protected by this warranty and are t he responsibility of the purchaser. Nothing within this warranty shall imply that Xxxxx will be responsible or liable for any spoilage or damage to food or other c ontents of this appliance, whether due to any defect of the appliance, or its use, whether proper or improper.
By Customer To the extent permitted by applicable law, Customer will defend Microsoft against any third-party claim to the extent it alleges that: (1) any Customer Data or non- Microsoft software hosted in an Online Service by Microsoft on Customer’s behalf misappropriates a trade secret or directly infringes a patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right of a third party; or (2) Customer’s use of any Product or Fix, alone or in combination with anything else, violates the law or xxxxx a third party.
Warranty Period Except as may be otherwise specified or agreed, Contractor shall repair all defects in materials, equipment, or workmanship appearing within one year from the date of Substantial Completion of the Work. If Substantial Completion occurs by phase, then the warranty period for that the Work performed for each phase begins on the date of Substantial Completion of that phase, or as otherwise stipulated on the Certificate of Substantial Completion for the particular phase.

Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.
Product Warranty Seller provides general warranties of fitness and general warranties that the goods are free from defects, for 1 year from acceptance of the goods, except as may otherwise be set forth in the Description/Proposal, or other attached warranty.
Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.
