Warranty Procedure. The Purchaser must contact TRUSSCORE at xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx or 1-888- 418-4679 to report any claim under the Warranty within six months of the date on which the Purchaser discovers the defect which is the subject of the Purchaser’s claim. Failure to report a claim within six months may result, in TRUSSCORE’s sole discretion, in the Purchaser’s claim being ineligible under the Warranty. TRUSSCORE reserves the right to request proof of purchase, photographs, video, or any other reasonable information or evidence as may be required to ascertain the nature and eligibility of the Purchaser’s claim under this Warranty. Upon request, the Purchaser will also permit TRUSSCORE or its representatives to inspect the Product which is the subject of a claim under this Warranty.

Warranty Procedure. 4. Any demonstrable failure of a Product to meet the warranty set forth in clause 3 of these Warranty Conditions (a "Defect" or "Defective Product") must be reported to Esdec in writing (including by email) by the Purchaser promptly upon becoming aware thereof, thereby including all information reasonably known to the Purchaser in respect of the alleged Defect, including, as appropriate, photographs or video recordings of the alleged Defect.
Warranty Procedure. If the Materials develop a defect, the Building Contractor will notify the Supplier in writing as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date the defect is discovered. The Supplier shall, within 14 days from such notice, identify the defect and submit in writing the remedy plan to RUNE. The Supplier commits to rectify the defect in maximum days from the date of remedy plan final confirmation by the Parties. In the case of replacement of defected Product for a new one, the Warranty period for the replaced parts runs from the beginning of the date of signing the documents confirming the completion of the complaint process. The Parties agree that in any case where a defect is notified in writing, the Supplier shall be given a reasonable period of days to examine the issue thoroughly and to further determine the reasons which are attributable to the defect. In any case of disagreement between the Parties with regards to claims arising out of the Products, the parties specifically agree to mutually appoint an independent 3rd party expert to determine reasons and Party at default will pay the cost of such independent examination
Warranty Procedure. Provided that Buyer notifies Imatest in writing of any claimed defect in an Imatest Product promptly upon discovery, obtained prior authorization for the return (as described below) and returned the defective Imatest Product to the location designated below, transportation charges prepaid, including applicable duties, taxes, etc., within the Imatest Warranty Period and upon examination Imatest determines to its satisfaction that such Imatest Product is defective in material or workmanship, i.e. contains a defect arising out of the manufacture of the Imatest Product and not a defect caused by other circumstances, including, but not limited to the Excluded Conditions listed below or covered by Section 13 (Disclaimer of Warranties; Remedies). Imatest shall, at its option, repair or replace such Imatest Product or defective components. Imatest shall have reasonable time to make such repairs or to replace such Imatest Product. Any repair of Imatest Products shall not extend the Imatest Warranty Period. Replacement Imatest Products will have a one year Warranty Period from the date of shipment of such Replacement Product.
Warranty Procedure. 4.1 All warranty claims will be raised upon the Supplier by Tesla. Warranty claims will be prepared as required when they arise. Only Tesla warranty claim forms are to be used.
Warranty Procedure. All claims for breach of this Limited Warranty must be received by Xxxxx no later than the expiration of the applicable Warranty Period for a Product. Séura will have the right, but not the obligation, to investigate all claims, and Xxxxx will fully cooperate and provide Séura with full and unfettered access to the Product. Failure to timely and properly follow the warranty claim procedures shall relieve Xxxxx from any liability under this Limited Warranty or otherwise.
Warranty Procedure. Any claim made pursuant to this Agreement shall be asserted or made in writing only by Customer, not any of Customer’s customers or end users. In the event that after repeated efforts Kontron is unable to repair or replace a defective product covered by the extended warranty, then Customer’s exclusive remedy and Kontron’s entire liability in contract, tort or otherwise shall be the payment by Kontron of Customer’s actual damages after mitigation, but shall not exceed the purchase price, tax, freight and insurance actually paid by Customer for the defective product. In case Kontron’s investigation shows that no valid extended warranty claim exists, Kontron invoices Customer the cost for the repair/replacement and other services in accordance with Kontron’s then current rates for labor and materials.

Warranty Procedure. In order to receive warranty service for a unit of Silhouette Hardware, the Limited Warranty for that unit of Silhouette Hardware must be in effect on the date on which a warranty claim is lodged by you. You may lodge a warranty claim by email or by calling our technical support line during Support hours. When a warranty claim is lodged, we will assign your warranty claim a Case Number. In most cases it will be necessary for you to ship the unit of Silhouette Hardware to us for evaluation of your warranty claim. If your warranty claim is covered by the Limited Warranty, we will repair or replace the damaged or defective article and will pay for shipping in both directions. If your warranty claim is not covered by the Limited Warranty, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and if you elect to proceed with repair, you will be responsible for the cost of repair at our usual rates as then in effect.
Warranty Procedure. To obtain warranty service for a Device which is subject to the foregoing warranty, you should contact TiVo by calling toll-free 0-000-XXX-XXXX during TiVo's normal business hours. The responding TiVo representative authorizing the return of your Device will give you a return authorization number by telephone, and instructions on where and how to return such Device to TiVo. You are responsible to select a shipment means for the Device, and to insure such Device for its full replacement value. You must also enclose your original receipt, invoice or xxxx of sale.
Warranty Procedure. (a) In addition to any warranties in this contract, the Contractor warrants, except as provided in paragraph (i) of this clause, that work performed under this contract conforms to the contract requirements and is free of any defect in material or workmanship performed by the Contractor, or any subcontractor or supplier at any tier.
