Warranty on Corrected Boeing Products. The warranty period applicable to a Corrected Boeing Product, including the workmanship to Correct and install, resulting from a defect in material or workmanship is the remainder of the initial warranty period for the defective Boeing Product it replaced. The warranty period for a Corrected Boeing Product resulting from a defect in design is 18 months or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. The 18 month period begins on the date of delivery of the Corrected Boeing Product or date of delivery of the kit or kits furnished to Correct the Boeing Product.

(iii) For Corrected Boeing Products which have been Corrected because of a defect in design, the applicable warranty period is eighteen (18) months or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. 3.3

Warranty on Corrected Boeing Products. The warranty period applicable to a Corrected Boeing Product, including the workmanship to Correct and install, resulting from a defect in material or workmanship is the remainder of the warranty period for the defective Boeing Product it replaced. The warranty period for a Corrected Boeing Product resulting from a defect in design is (i) 18 months or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer; or (ii) 6 months following the initial installation of the Corrected Boeing Product provided that such time period shall not be greater than 6 months past the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. The 18 month period begins on the date of delivery of the Corrected Boeing Product or date of delivery of the kit or kits furnished to correct the Boeing Product.

  • Defective Product Seller must guarantee a return for all defective products. a) Goods rejected by Buyer for whatever reason shall be held, transported and/or stored at Seller’s sole expense. Buyer may provide a sample batch Supplier for verification and authentication. In addition, Buyer reserves the right to send such items to the appropriate manufacturer and appropriate authorities for investigation. f) Seller shall be liable for all costs relating to impound, investigation, removal, or replacement of suspect/counterfeit parts.
