Common use of Warranty of Services Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Services. The Provider warrants that the Services shall be performed in accordance with the current industry standards of professional practice, care, and diligence practiced by recognized firms in performing Services of a similar nature in existence at the Time of Performance. The Warranty expressed shall be in addition to any other warranties expressed in this Agreement, or expressed or implied by law, which are hereby reserved unto the School District.
