Common use of Warranty of Services Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Services. IGS warrants the repair and replacement services performed under this agreement for 90 days. IGS reserves the right to determine and pay a lump sum to you in lieu of repair or replacement. Sometimes there are problems and delays in obtaining parts or equipment. At times, it is necessary to open walls, ceilings, or floors to make repairs. IGS will not be responsible for the cost to repair, or replace these surfaces. Regardless of any other language in this Agreement, IGS does not warrant unclogging services under this Agreement.
