Warranty Inspection. The Contractor shall provide services in conjunction with an inspection, approximately 10 months from date of Substantial Completion. Visual inspection shall be made with Princeton University and the Architect/Engineer to determine whether correction of Work is required in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents.
Warranty Inspection. The CMF shall, approximately 6 to 9 months after project occupancy or 60 days prior to expiration of warranties on the project described in a work order, schedule and conduct a site inspection with the Owner’s staff; the purpose of this inspection will be to identify warranty work which may need to be done.
Warranty Inspection. Eleven months following construction completion, conduct an inspection to document any items to be repaired by the contractor under the conditions of the construction contract warranty. Submit work to be corrected to the Contractor and the City.
Warranty Inspection. (a) The Vendor is registered under Tarion/HCRA and the Dwelling will be enrolled with Tarion/HCRA. The Purchaser shall reimburse and pay to the Vendor, on closing, the fee for enrolment of the Dwelling with Tarion. The Purchaser agrees to accept the Tarion warranty in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, it being understood and agreed that there is no representation other than as expressed herein in writing. The Purchaser acknowledges that it has received a copy of the Warranty Information Sheet as Schedule F as published by Tarion and which provides information about warranty coverage, the pre-delivery inspection and, generally, rights and responsibilities of Purchaser/Owners and Builders. Warranty Inspection. Contractor shall complete a warranty inspection via third party of the Work, via CCTV or other method approved in advance by the Municipality and the District, at least 90 days prior to the warranty expiration. All inspection results, including video and associated files with Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) coding shall be provided to the Municipality and the District with in fifteen (15) days of inspection. The retainage portion of this Contract shall not be paid until the warranty inspection is complete. Contractor’s obligations to perform a warranty inspection shall survive termination of this Contract.
Warranty Inspection. Design Builder shall conduct an inspection of the project thirty (30) working days prior to warranty expiration and provide to Owner a written report specifying any warranty deficiencies which may exist. The warranty period shall be one year from the date of Substantial Completion.
Warranty Inspection. All goods materials and articles covered hereby are subject to buyer’s inspection within a reasonable time after arrival at destination. Seller warrants that the goods, materials and articles ordered herein will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will conform to the specifications contained herein and/or to samples, drawings, designs or other specifications approved or adopted by Buyer, and, unless otherwise specified herein, to recognized commercial standards of quality and function for the kind of goods, materials or articles covered hereby. In the event any of the goods, materials or articles are not as warranted herein, Buyer shall at its option hold such goods, materials or articles at Seller’s expense for Seller’s disposition or shall return them to Seller at Seller’s expense. Any goods, materials or articles so rejected shall, at Buyer’s option, either be replaced by Seller at no additional cost to Buyer, or Seller shall refund the purchase price applicable thereto. Buyer shall notify Seller promptly after making any such rejections and shall afford Seller reasonable opportunity to inspect such goods before return. Buyer reserves the right to cancel this contract without liability except for goods, materials and articles shipped and finally accepted if any of the goods, materials and/or articles are not as warranted herein, or if they are not shipped on the date specified herein. Buyer’s rights specified herein shall be in addition to, and not limitation of, any rights buyer may have at law for any breach of Seller’s warranty. MANIFEST: Seller agrees to include with each shipment a complete detailed list of all items contained therein, and mail a copy of same to consignee at destination address at the time shipment is made. INVOICES AND CASH DISCOUNT: Seller agrees to mail separate invoices for each shipment within twenty-four hours after shipment, dated as of the date of shipment. Buyer failure to receive invoices promptly will make will make it necessary for Buyer to extend payment date without loss of discount. Buyer reserves the right to compute the cash discount date of each invoice from the date on which Seller correctly completes Seller’s portion o f the transaction involved, including the issuance and forwarding of correct invoice, and to add to the discount period any additional time required by Buyer in consequence of Seller’s failure properly to execute this contract.
Warranty Inspection. Vendor shall not furnish or disclose to any person or entity any Goods or Material made in accordance with XXXXXXX's specifications and drawings without XXXXXXX's prior written consent. In the event of a conflict between or among the specifications, drawings, samples, designated type, part number or catalog description, the specifications shall govern over drawings; drawings, over samples, whether or not approved by LANNETT; and samples, over designated type, part number or catalog description. In case of any ambiguity in the specifications, drawing, or other requirements of this Purchase Order, Vendor must, before commencing any work hereunder, consult XXXXXXX, whose written interpretation shall be final. Vendor represents and warrants that the Goods, Material or Services furnished under this Purchase Order to be merchantable within the meaning of the Uniform Commercial Code and fit for their intended purpose. In addition, said Goods, Material or Services shall be performed in accordance with highest standards, in a workmanlike manner, free from defects, whether latent or patent, in labor, workmanship, materials, and design, and shall be in accordance with XXXXXXX's specifications, drawings, samples or other written descriptions or guides and shall be suitable for the intended use. Vendor warrants that it has good and marketable title to the Goods or Material furnished. The representations and warranties set forth herein shall survive acceptance of this Purchase Order, any payment hereunder, and the expiration and termination hereof. All Goods, Material and Services shall be subject to inspection by XXXXXXX and its agents, servants, employees, officers and directors before and after delivery. LANNETT may accept any Goods, Material and Services that conforms to Vendor's representations and warranties and, upon discovery of Goods, Material and Services are not so conforming, may reject or keep and rework any such Goods, Material and Services. XXXXXXX may inspect an entire shipment and reject such shipment if XXXXXXX determines, in its sole judgment, that such shipment is below an acceptable quality level. Cost of rework, inspection, transportation, repacking and/or reinspection by XXXXXXX shall be at Vendor's cost and expense. Warranty Inspection. Seller warrants the merchantability and fitness of the goods furnished hereunder and that they shall be in accordance with the requirements of this order and shall be free from all defects in design, workmanship, and materials. Seller agrees that this warranty shall survive the acceptance of and payment for such goods. All materials shall be in accordance with the latest revision of the specifications appearing in this order and may be subject to inspection at Buyer’s plant or at source by Buyer's or customer’s representative, who shall be entitled to access to the extent practicable at any and all times during manufacturing and any and all places where such manufacturing is carried on. Seller will provide without additional charge all reasonable facilities and assistance for any inspection or tests made on its premises. Inspection of the material furnished does not relieve the Seller from its responsibility hereunder for any inferior material furnished or workmanship done or defects which become manifest in service. Any rights, under the warranties or undertakings set forth in this purchase order shall extend without exception to any company upon whose behalf this order is issued by the Buyer as the interest of such company shall appear.
