Warranty Extension. In any case, where in fulfilling the requirements of the Contract or any guarantee embraced in or required thereby, the Contractor disturbs, damages or repairs any work guaranteed under the Contract, Contractor shall restore such work to a condition satisfactory to the Division Manager and guarantee such restored work to the same extent and for a like additional period of time as it was originally guaranteed under this Contract.
Warranty Extension. The duration of the Warranty Extension for your product will be for the period you purchased commencing on the start date of your original base warranty period. This Service must be purchased and registered during your product’s original base warranty period.

The Customer will be able to extend the warranty of the computer from factory through the purchase of an Extended Warranty Policy, same that can be purchased within the warranty period of the computer through Gateway National Service Center. There are components exclusions from the warranty extensions, such as the mouse, keyboard and speakers, in the desktop computers and the batteries in the Notebooks computers.
Warranty Extension. JOC shall, without any additional charge to City, restore Work damaged in fulfilling the terms and conditions of this ARTICLE XI. JOC’s warranty, with respect to all Work repaired or replaced, shall run for one (1) year from the date of JOC’s repair or replacement of Work.

The Warranty Extension will be subject to the terms and conditions of the original New Vehicle Limited Warranty applicable to the Class Vehicle.

Furthermore, the Products are derived from and include software from third party licensors, who make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the * Confidential Treatment has been requested, the portion indicated has been redacted and the redacted portion has been separately filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Products, who disclaim any and all liability for the Products and who will not undertake to provide any information or support regarding the Products.
