Warranty and Repairs a. Except for Software, which is defined and provided for in Section 13, ANALOGIC warrants to TOMOTHERAPY that all of the Components sold to TOMOTHERAPY under this Agreement will be at the time of their delivery, free from defects in workmanship and material and in compliance with the Specifications. ANALOGIC further warrants that all of the Components sold to TOMOTHERAPY under this Agreement will, on the date of shipment by ANALOGIC, have been manufactured by ANALOGIC in accordance with the FDA’s current Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality System Regulations, ISO 9001.

Generally, a credit card authority from parents or guardians is required prior to commencement of repairs to expedite these processes. Student Code of Conduct will be enforced. ● Lost/Stolen Device - Parent/Guardian/Student will immediately notify building administration for help to submit a ticket to helpdesk for the lost or stolen device. ○ Lost - Cost is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/student. ○ Xxxxxx - Xxxxxxx reported as stolen outside of school require that parents notify police and provide a copy of an official police report to the school administration. Theft Inside school requires a letter signed by the parent/guardian stating the date, time, location and describing the situation on a best efforts basis.. Warranty and Repairs. A. As part of the service process MDG may delete and refresh the computer system to its original, equivalent, or other pre-determined software environment. MDG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF YOUR DATA. PLEASE BACK UP ALL FILES BEFORE SERVICES ARE PERFORMED AND REMOVE ANY NEEDED DATA FROM PARTS OR PRODUCTS RETURNED TO MDG. It is the customer’s responsibility to reinstall all data and software programs.
Warranty and Repairs. 11.1 Medaxis warrants the flawless quality and workmanship of all delivery items from the date of delivery to the user (warranty periods can be found in the individual user manuals).
