Warehouse Management Systems. The Co-op uses a Warehouse Management System to aid the order assembly, inventory control, receipt, transport and dispatch functions. It is a requirement for all colleagues to use associated technology such as voice recognition, scanning or other kit. In these circumstances, all kit will associated with the operation of Warehouse Management Systems will be personalised requiring individuals to take responsibility for the care and preservation of equipment. It is a requirement for all colleagues who are issued with equipment to return this to the Co-op at the end of employment. Failure to do this may render the colleague liable for the cost of the equipment and may be recovered from final pay. There is an expectation that colleagues will sign for all equipment issued to them that is relevant to the operation of Warehouse Management Systems and will be responsible for it until it is returned.

Warehouse Management Systems. We are resellers of the Accellos Warehouse Management System software published by High Jump, Inc. (“High Jump”). High Jump develops warehouse management software for mid-market distributors. The primary purpose of a WMS is to control the movement and storage of materials within an operation and process the associated transactions. Directed picking, directed replenishment, and directed put-away are the key to WMS. The detailed setup and processing within a WMS can vary significantly from one software vendor to another. However, the basic WMS will use a combination of item, location, quantity, unit of measure, and order information to determine where to stock, where to pick, and in what sequence to perform these operations. The Accellos WMS software improves accuracy and efficiency, streamlines materials handling, meets retail compliance requirements, and refines inventory control. Accellos also works as part of a complete operational solution by integrating seamlessly with radio frequency hardware, accounting software, shipping systems and warehouse automation equipment. We market the Accellos solution to our existing and new medium-sized business customers. IT Managed Network Services and Business Consulting We provide IT managed services, cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, data back-up, network maintenance and service upgrades for our business clients. We are a Microsoft Solutions Provider. Our staff includes engineers who maintain certifications from Microsoft and Sage Software. They are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers and Microsoft Certified Professionals, and they provide a host of services for our clients, including remote network monitoring, server implementation, support and assistance, operation and maintenance of large central systems, technical design of network infrastructure, technical troubleshooting for large scale problems, network and server security, and backup, archiving, and storage of data from servers. There are numerous competitors, both larger and smaller, nationally and locally, with whom we compete in this market.

It will be a requirement for all users to subscribe to the employment of apparatus that may include voice recognition, scanning or other technologies. In these circumstances, apparatus associated with the operation of Warehouse Management Systems will be personalised requiring individuals to take ownership of equipment. It will be a contractual requirement for all personnel who are issued with personalised equipment of this nature to return this to the Society upon the employment contract ending. Failure to do this may render the employee liable for the cost of the equipment and may be recovered from final pay. There is an expectation that employees will sign for custody of all equipment issued that is relevant to the operation of Warehouse Management Systems.

  • Investment Management Services (a) The Manager shall manage the Fund’s assets subject to and in accordance with the investment objectives and policies of the Fund and any directions which the Trust’s Board of Trustees may issue from time to time. In pursuance of the foregoing, the Manager shall make all determinations with respect to the investment of the Fund’s assets and the purchase and sale of its investment securities, and shall take such steps as may be necessary to implement the same.   • Case Management Prompt resolution of any dispute is important to both parties; and the parties agree that the arbitration of any dispute shall be conducted expeditiously.   • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.
