Warehouse Employee Grade. 2 For the purposes of this Agreement, a Warehouse Employee Grade 2 shall mean an Employee who, in addition to performing the duties of a Grade 1 Warehouse Employee:

Warehouse Employee Grade. 4 For the purposes of this Agreement, a Warehouse Employee Grade 4 shall mean an Employee who has undertaken sufficient training so as to enable him/her to perform work within the scope of this level in addition to the work of lower grades and who has been appointed by the Employer as an operator of high level computer technology used for inventory and stock control. An Employee appointed in this capacity performs work to the level of their training, and:

  • Employee Grievance If an employee considers there has been a significant change to the job content of the position held, the employee may initiate a grievance by using Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure. If the issue is not resolved at this step, the Job Classification Review Procedure of Article 22.02(B) above shall be utilized.

  • Seasonal Career Employment ‌ Leave without pay may be granted to seasonal career employees during their off- season.

  • Sick Leave Credit-Based Retirement Gratuities 1) A Teacher is not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the Teacher had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day.

  • VESTED RETIREMENT GRATUITY VOLUNTARY EARLY PAYOUT a) An Employee eligible for a Sick Leave Credit retirement gratuity as per Appendix A shall have the option of receiving a payout of his/her gratuity on August 31, 2016, or on the employee’s normal retirement date.

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.
