War zones. The Ship shall not enter or remain in any zone which has been declared a war zone by any government entity or the Ship’s war risk insurers, unless appropriate insurances have been taken out by the relevant Owner. Any requirements of the Agent and/or the Ship’s insurers necessary to ensure that the Ship remains properly insured in accordance with the Finance Documents (including any requirement for the payment of extra insurance premiums) shall be complied with.

War zones. Not during hostilities in any part of the world (whether or not a state of war shall have been formally declared) to employ or permit the Vessel to be employed in, or enter or trade to any zone which is declared a war zone by any government or by the Vessel’s war risks insurers unless the consent of the relevant insurer is obtained and the Mortgagor complies with such requirements as to payment of extra premium or otherwise as the insurers may impose.
