Common use of Wall Covering Clause in Contracts

Wall Covering. If required by the Checklist of Building Components, provide Type II medium duty in offices and areas not subject to high abuse. Provide Type III heavy‐duty wall covering in high abuse areas such as corridors, toilet rooms and break rooms. Provide clear plastic, vinyl, or poly corner guards up to 60” above finish floor on all outside corners to protect vinyl wall covering.
