A Walkthroughs clause establishes the right for one party, typically a buyer or investor, to physically inspect or review the property, assets, or operations of another party before a transaction is finalized. This process may involve scheduled visits to premises, examination of equipment, or review of records to verify the condition and compliance with agreed terms.
