Common use of Waivers of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Waivers of Subrogation. 7.3.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the A/E waives all rights against the Owner, Contracting Authority, and their agents and employees for damages to the extent covered by any insurance (not including professional liability insurance), except rights to the proceeds of that insurance. All policies shall accomplish the waiver of subrogation by endorsement or otherwise.
