Common use of Waivers in Writing Clause in Contracts

Waivers in Writing. If a Party fails to comply with any term of the Agreement, that Party may only rely on a waiver of the other Party if the other Party has provided a written waiver in accordance with the Notice provisions in Article A.15.0 (Notice).
