Waiver; Remedies. No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach, and the failure of a party to enforce at any time any provision hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of any right of any such party to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision hereunder. All remedies afforded in this Agreement shall be taken and construed as cumulative, that is, in addition to every other remedy provided herein or by law.
