WAIVER OF TUITION FEES. 29.1 All full-time members of the instructional staff in this unit shall be granted a waiver of tuition fees for undergraduate credit-bearing courses offered by the University during the fall and spring semesters in accordance with the procedures for the waiver of undergraduate tuition fees for other groups of employees.

Attendance at on-line courses shall be outside the employee’s normal hours of work. Attendance at in class courses during working hours shall be by mutual agreement with the supervisor, and will be allowed a maximum of two (2) hours per week to attend said class. Any additional hours beyond that will need to be made up at a mutually agreed to time.

Should the Ministry of Education and Training discontinue to fund students covered by this Article during the term of this Agreement, those persons who are registered in courses at the time of such discontinuance shall be eligible to continue in the course until the end of the academic year in which the discontinuance of funding mentioned above occurs.   • Tuition Fees The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows:

  • Termination Fees It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the Energy you consume that is supplied by XOOM. In addition, you must also pay us any outstanding payment obligations you have incurred under this Contract that remain unpaid, including related wire service, distribution and administration fees, and all applicable Taxes up to the termination date. If you do not pay us the amounts owing by the date indicated, we will charge you the Late Payment Charge.

  • Collection Fees If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.

  • Inspection Fees The Developer agrees to pay the inspection fees as required by fee schedule established by Teton County for its Planning and Building Department.

  • Tuition Waiver Subd. 1. ASF Members shall be entitled to enrollment, on a space available basis, in courses at any Minnesota State state university without payment of tuition or fees, except laboratory fees and special course fees. Such enrollment shall not exceed twenty-seven (27) semester credit hours per fiscal year. For purposes of this section, a year begins the first day of fall semester and concludes the day before the beginning of the succeeding fall semester.

  • Nomination Fees The Allottee shall pay a sum calculated @ 2% of the Unit Price or the Nomination Price whichever is higher, plus applicable taxes, as and by way of nomination fees to the Promoter. It is clarified that inclusion of a new joint allottee or change of a joint allottee shall be treated as a nomination. However nomination fees shall not be payable in case of nomination in favour of parents, spouse or children of the Allottee. Any additional income tax liability that may become payable by the Promoter due to nomination by the Allottee because of higher market valuation as per the registration authorities on the date of nomination and/or the extra registration fees to be paid to the registration authorities due to nomination, shall be compensated by the Allottee paying to the Promoter agreed compensation equivalent to the income tax payable on such difference at the highest applicable tax rate at the prevailing time or the estimated extra registration fees. Such amount shall be payable by the Allottee on or before nomination. The Allottee admits and accepts that he shall not be entitled to nominate or assign his rights under this Agreement save in the manner indicated above.

  • Tuition Waivers Employee and dependent tuition waivers will be administered in accordance with Board of Regents policies as provided in the policies as of November 15, 2010.

  • Certain Fees No brokerage or finder’s fees or commissions are or will be payable by the Company or any Subsidiary to any broker, financial advisor or consultant, finder, placement agent, investment banker, bank or other Person with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.   • Transaction Fees The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, has instituted MyFloridaMarketPlace, a statewide eProcurement system pursuant to section 287.057(22), F.S. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.

  • Admin Fees 5.5.1 If, in any rolling three (3) Month period, two (2) or more MI Failures occur, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to invoice the Supplier Admin Fees and (subject to paragraph 5.5.2 below) in respect of any MI Failures as they arise in subsequent Months.
