Common use of Waiver of Statutes Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Statutes. The terms of this Lease shall govern the effect of any damage to or destruction of the Premises with respect to the termination of this Lease. Landlord and Tenant hereby waive the provisions of California Civil Code Sections 1932(2), 1933(4) and any other present or future statute to the extent inconsistent herewith.
