The monies to be paid to Executive are in addition to any sums to which Executive would be entitled without signing this General Release. For a period of seven (7) days following execution of this General Release, Executive may revoke the terms of this General Release by a written document received by the General Counsel of the Company no later than 11:59 p.m. of the seventh day following Executive’s execution of this General Release.
