Waiver of Notice. When any notice is required to be given to any Member, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the Person entitled to such notice, whether before, at, or after the time stated therein, shall be equivalent to the giving of such notice.

When Whenever any notice is required to be given to any Memberby this Agreement, a written waiver thereof in writing signed by the Person person or persons entitled to such notice, whether before, at, given before or after the time stated therein, shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of such notice.

Waiver of Notice. When any notice is required to be given to any Member, a waiver thereof in writing signed by the Person Member entitled to such notice, whether before, at, at or after the time stated therein, shall be equivalent to the giving of such notice.
