Common use of Waiver of Event of Default Clause in Contracts

Waiver of Event of Default. Prior to the Trustee’s acquisition of a money judgment or decree for payment, in either case for the payment of all amounts owing by the Issuer in connection with this Indenture and the Series 2008-A Notes issued hereunder the Required Facility Investors have the right to waive any Event of Default (other than an Event of Default pursuant to Section 11.1(a)(1)) and its consequences. Upon any such waiver, such Event of Default shall cease to exist, and be deemed to have been cured, for every purpose of this Indenture but no such waiver shall extend to any subsequent or other Event of Default or impair any right consequent thereon.
