Waiver of Compliance. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any failure of any of the parties to comply with any obligation, covenant or agreement contained herein may be waived only by a written notice from the party or parties entitled to the benefits thereof. No failure by any party hereto to exercise, and no delay in exercising, any right hereunder, shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right hereunder preclude any other or future exercise of that right by that party.
