Waiver of Claims In the event City terminates the Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Section, Consultant hereby expressly waives any and all claims for damages or compensation as a result of such termination except as expressly provided in this Section 6.
Governing Law; Attorney’s Fees This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxx and his counsel offered to resolve this dispute without reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them, thereby leaving the issue to be resolved after the material terms of the agreement had been settled.
