Waiver of Bargaining During Term. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, the parties acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining, and that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties are set forth in this Agreement. Therefore, the Company and the Union each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, even though such subject or matter may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time that they negotiated and signed this Agreement. This Section shall not prevent the parties from meeting on and resolving issues that arise during the term of this Agreement.
Waiver of Bargaining During Term. The Company and the Union, for the term of this Agreement, each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waives the right, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated, to bargain collectively with respect to any subject, matter or practice not specifically referred to or covered by this Agreement, and the effects of any change made during the term of this Agreement, which is not prohibited by the Agreement. Both parties, on their own behalf and on behalf of their respective employees and members, waive any past and future claims or demands during the term of this Agreement.
Waiver of Bargaining During Term. It is agreed by both parties hereto that all previous contracts between the Company and the Union, written or verbal, are hereby canceled and that this contract is the only contract in existence between the parties hereto. No provisions or terms of this Agreement may be amended, modified, changed, altered or waived except by written document by the parties hereto.
