Common use of Waiver by Borrower Clause in Contracts

Waiver by Borrower. Borrower waives notice of non-payment, demand, presentment, protest or notice of protest of any Accounts or other Collateral, and all other notices (except those notices specifically provided for in this Agreement); consents to any renewals or extensions of time of payment thereof. Borrower hereby waives all suretyship defenses, including but not limited to, all defenses set forth in Section 3-605 of the Uniform Commercial Code, as revised in 1990 (the "UCC"). Such waiver is entered to the full extent permitted by Section 3-605 (i) of the UCC.
