Waiver; Amendment Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no amendment or waiver of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party to be bound thereby. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any other provision nor shall any waiver of any provision of this Agreement constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided.
Waiver and Amendment Any provision of this Note may be amended, waived or modified upon the written consent of the Company and the Holder.
Contract Amendment This Contract may be amended only by a writing signed by all Parties.
Assignment Amendments Waiver and Contract Complete 8.1 The Contractor may neither assign nor transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior consent of the Authority and a fully executed Assignment Agreement, executed and approved by the same parties who executed and approved this Agreement, or their successors in office. Any attempted assignment without said consent shall be void and of no effect. The Authority may assign or otherwise transfer or dispose of all or a portion of this Agreement in its sole discretion and without the consent of the Contractor. Amendment; Modification No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing and signed by both Parties.
MODIFICATION BY SUBSEQUENT AGREEMENT This Agreement may be modified by subsequent agreement of the Couple only by an instrument in writing signed by both of them, an oral agreement to the extent that the Couple executes it, or an in-court oral agreement made into an order by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Amendment, Modification and Waiver This Agreement may not be amended, modified or waived except by an instrument or instruments in writing signed and delivered on behalf of each of the parties hereto.
